We have designed and manufactured a plasma melting furnace which can be used for metallurgical experiments making metals , alloys etc.
One of our customer approached us with processed ore in powder form which he wanted to melt using the plasma process to form copper ingot.
We took up the challenge and designed and manufactured the system the video of which you can see here.

This is a 10 kw system which can be used for experiments in metallurgical applications in R&D institutions, metal and alloy manufacturing companies, metallurgical labs in Engineering colleges and many more applications of interest to engineers and scientist for research in material science and metallurgy.
